Yoga has been part of my life since 2012 and my practice has taught me how to be stronger, more fearless, and more patient, on and off my mat. Yoga has inspired me to live a more mindful life and have a deeper sense of gratitude.

I completed my 200 hour teacher training in September 2019 with Vibe Yoga. Training gave me a better understanding of myself and where I want to take my personal practice but also how I intend to share Yoga with others.

I feel an obligation to share the philosophies and spiritual aspects of yoga and I love to incorporate that into my classes. It offers inspiration for my students and helps open their mind to new thoughts for their own practice. My hope is that my students leave their mat feeling more connected mind, body, and spirit and can learn to apply that to the flow of life.
