My name is Rhonda Smart and I’ve been practising yoga for over 20 years. I am a RYT 200 hour yoga teacher trained in Power, Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga. I also teach meditation and mindfulness. I also have my Reiki level 1
My love of yoga begin when I was struggling with anxiety and depression. It literally saved my life and I am grateful to be able to share my practice with others.
