Hi my name is Rebekah Bogan I am a Yoga Instroctor. I teach several styles of Yoga from Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Buti Yoga. I have been teaching since 2018 I have a 200 hour yoga training certificate and is registered with Yoga Alliance. I am also a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2012.
