Christine received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from theUniversity of Vermont. After an active career in scientific research and timeas a full-time mother she returned to her passion in track and field in 2015as a successful Masters Athlete and Performance Coach.
Christine completed her USATF Level 1 Certification in August of 2016 and herUSATF Level 2 Certification in Sprints and Hurdles in July of 2018. She received her NASM Certified Personal Trainer Certification inFebruary of 2018 and her USAW Level 1 Certification in September of 2018. She continues to expand her strength, conditioning and sports performance training skills with a Nutrition Coaching Certification and a Corrective Exercise Certification in 2020. Christine is passionate about competition, track and field, weightlifting and fitness and enjoys working with athletes and individuals of all ages.
In 2017, she was the National and Regional World Champion in W45 Pentathlon andthe Regional World Champion in W45 High Jump and was ranked #2 in the world inW45 Pentathlon, #7 in the world in W45 400m Hurdles, and #21 in the world inW45 80m Hurdles for the year 2017. 2018 was a rough year with injuries and Christine did not compete as extensively but managed to hold on to her Mid-Atlantic Champion status in the W45 80m Hurdles, W45 High Jump, and the W45400m Hurdles. In 2018 she also began competing in Olympic Weightlifting and enjoys regional competitions hoping to soon compete on the national stage. 2019 was a year for expanding Uncorked Performance Training and helping several young athletes prepare for their college sports careers. While continuing to work with athletes and individuals of all ages Christine is hoping to be back to competition on the track in 2020.
