Nicole has been teaching dance to various ages for over 20 years and adult group fitness for 10 years. Her training is focused in dance fitness, Zumba, Piyo, Barre, flexibility for mobility, Pound, and various strength & toning formats. Safe, professional instruction is the highest priority in her teachings.
