I have been teaching PiYo and PiYo Live format since 2016. I have been teaching Barre since 2022. I have been doing Fitbodies vacations since 2020 and I teach PiYo/PiYo Live, Stretch, Yogalates, Yoga Sculpt and Barre. I reside in Raleigh with my husband and 12 year old twin daughters.
