  • I have been passionate about health and fitness for over 25 years because I want to live my best life with strength and vitality. I enjoy HIIT training, weight training and yoga.The practice of yoga helps us decompress,manage stress and relieve tension. It teaches us mindfulness and how to be present. I have been in the fitness industry teaching yoga for 19 years. I love teaching others to strengthen and love their bodies. I want my students to always know I teach a safe class and want the best for each of them. Yoga has always helped me to live a more balanced life.
