Shawn Becklund

My name is Ms. Shawn Becklund. I am a mother to a daughter and a son and I also have a bonus stepson. Teaching group fitness classes is my passion. My second passion is traveling so this would be a perfect amalgamation of both for me! I really love this idea. I would be happy to share my knowledge with people from around the world because I love to instill the importance of health and fitness to people and make it a habit for them.
