Hi! I’m Amber! I’m passionate about health and fitness and strive to help others live their healthiest lifestyles. I’m currently an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist and hold a Bachelor of Science from California State University - Monterey Bay. I’ve coached many forms of exercise including bootcamps, kickboxing, TRX, spin, and barre. I specialize in HIIT (high intensity interval training), resistance training, and functional movement. Outside of the gym, I’m also a competitive equestrian and enjoy running and hiking. I’ve been a coach with several leading fitness companies in the area through group and individual fitness instruction.
My goal is help you become the best version of yourself by helping you to grow and build strength not only physically, but also in confidence and overall wellbeing. I work with people of all ages and walks of life, whether you’re new to exercise or are a lifelong athlete. I strive to be a true partner to my clients in their health and fitness journeys. I will be there with you every step of the way and will design workouts that are customized to your body, aligned with your goals, and that you may even enjoy doing!
