Joanna Rose

I am a RYT 200 in Indianapolis, Indiana. I teach at Invoke Yoga Studio as well as two rock climbing gyms. My hobbies include rock climbing, racing bikes on my team ARC(Awesome Racing Collective), and running as well as my yoga practice and swimming for low impact recovery. Due to all my hobbies yoga helps me stay strong, flexible, and centered in what I love to do.
