Hey there, it’s Kathie. So happy to have found each other! As an educator and life-long learner, our fitness journey will be one in which we benefit from continually learning and growing from one another. As your instructor with over 6+ years within the health, fitness and wellness industry, training individuals privately & in group sessions; you benefit from my training background in yoga, Pilates as well as strength & resistance. With certifications & advanced professional development trainings in yoga & Pilates, a master’s degree with emphasis in human development & through experience working with franchise to small gyms & studios, my approach to fitness exposes you to: challenging results driven hybrid training methods guided through thoughtful movements that promote functional aging, all in a fun, welcoming and energetic environment. Beyond the uniqueness of being a yogi & pilatista ,who lifts heavy, I believe in a holistic approach to fitness targeted towards meeting desired health & fitness goals, improves, recovers and/or heals existing injuries, and of course helps you stay strong, feel confident, flexible, and active throughout your life.
