As a former college athlete and avid runner, Shawn loves being active! She first came to her yoga mat as an alternative workout and for injury prevention. Shawn quickly felt not only physical relief, but a greater connection to her true self. Shawn’s intention is to create a fun and energizing yoga class so students can connect to themselves–body and soul. She will encourage you to step out of your comfort zones and try something new. When not participating in yoga, as a student or teacher, Shawn loves hiking with her dog, traveling with her husband, paddle boarding, cooking, reading, dancing to live music and being outside
