- I am a 500-hour registered yoga teacher (200 hour Forrest and Hot styles, 300 hour vinyasa and Hatha styles) and a speech language pathologist as well. I am addionally certified to teach yin and myofacial release. I am married, and have 2 boys ages 13 and 15. I love to travel and explore new places! We live in Conroe, Texas.
