I am empowered by the recognition that our world is a metaphorical ripple effect-even the smallest pebble can create waves. This applies to the connections made within the mind, the body, human interaction and their relationships with the world. If we can begin to build stronger connections internally, we can grow to build greater connections universally. I hope to mold my understanding of these connections to unite the human population through movement. I’m dedicated to transpiring love, community and connection through everyone of my classes.
