Working out is fun and a great way to meet new friends! I have instructed group fitness classes (step, hi-lo, strength training, stability ball) for over 20 years, as a volunteer with our local 'Y' and as an employee of a health club. I have coached both walking and running groups (having run 4 marathons and many 1/2 marathons) and cross train by cycling and rollerblading. I love educating new participants into the fitnesss world!   Â
