- My name is Saglara, and I found yoga for myself about 5 years ago. After 3 years of consistent practice I've got my 200 Hour Teacher Training. Training opened my eyes about how breath heats your body and helps you open the tighter areas of your body. Yoga helped me a great deal on personal level; I became more focused, calm, attentive and content with myself.
I started teaching Yoga at YMCA Calgary as a personal yoga teacher. I am already inspired and touched by many people who walked into my class without knowing they had power to change their life through their own practice.
