Erika Halaby

Erika Halaby is a professional Yoga Teacher, Growth Guide, Energy Healer and Outdoor Educator. She is originally from Massachusetts but has spent the past five years living in New Hampshire, Colorado and at times, her CRV traveling across the country! During this time she has been lucky enough to study our Mother Earth, the Mind, our Body and Our Souls, all with incredible teachers in beautiful environments.  Weaving  her passions, schooling, and dreams together has allowed her purpose to grow and mission to become clearer and everyday she rises to share connection and source with the world. After spending a majority of her life drowning in hurt, sadness, and dis-ease,  she lived in fear that things would never change. Then in 2015 as she went off to college, she began opening up to nature and the Universe and find herself slowly and surely for the first time. When she hiked her first mountain up in New Hampshire, she felt a feeling and purpose like NEVER before which sparked a fire in her that has been burning ever since. That fire has burned endlessly through all the valuable trials and tribulations she's experienced since that day on the mountain, including the loss of her father in 2016 that ultimately brought her to the mat for life. Now her philosophy is deeply rooted in finding the value that loss can bring to your life and using it to build love and strength for the journey that is this human experience. Some of her favorite things to do are practicing gratitude, visualization meditations, many kinds of yoga(especially Yin), hiking mountains, dancing by the ocean and sharing all of these things with the world.
