I have always loved sports and fitness, as I grew up playing volleyball, basketball, and tennis. I played collegiate volleyball and was the captain of my team two years. I received my BA at Benedictine college in physical education and health. Then attended and internship at Cooper Institute of Aerobic Research in Dallas, TX where I earned my Personal Training Certification. I then moved to St. Louis MO and worked as a personal trainer for First Fitness an in home personal training company. Later I moved to San Francisco, CA where I was a personal trainer and fitness director for Pinnacle Fitness. Next I moved back to my home state of CO where I started my own in home personal training company HomeFit llc. I also sold memberships for Colorado Athletic Club Inverness , after 4 years I decided to start a family and stepped away form my fitness career to be a stay at home mom and focus on my children and husband. After a few years at home I went back to work as a group fitness instructor, cycle instructor, and barre Instructor. I loved my work but due to COVID was furloughed and found my new career path as a franchise owner with Camp Gladiator, and outdoor group personal training company. I am passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through health and fitness.
