I have loved the field health and fitness for as long as I can remember. As a child I was active in dance, sports and fitness classes. I went on to college and decided to get a degree in dietetics. I worked in the field for a few years and then decided to stay home and raise my children. I have used what I have learned to help nurture my family and create good eating and fitness habits. At 47, I completed a health coaching program along with getting my yoga certification. I enjoy helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Teaching yoga has opened up so many great opportunities for myself. I would love to share my love for yoga and a healthy life style with others as they take time to get away from daily routines and enjoy their vacations.
