Being Latina I place a lot of emphasis on building relationships.

I chose as my career Physical Fitness as the mechanism to relationship building while improving the health of individuals. Having attained two post-graduate degrees in Sports Medicine and Physiology of exercise, I used this knowledge as a teacher for more than 30 years.

Born and raise in South America. Lived and study in Germany during 3 years. Moved permanently to US in 2000.
