Specialized teacher by training, I discovered yoga in 2003 through various courses in Geneva. I have been practicing dynamic asanas on a regular basis, while loving the flow and depth of the postures. Starting mindfulness meditation in a professional process in 2013, I quickly observed the benefits of the practice on my students as well as on me. Integrating this practice into my daily life, I trained in this field in 2017 in order to pass on tools to my students, within the framework of weekly practices. I graduated and became an instructor in mindfulness-based interventions (certified University of Geneva / HUG / Haute Ecole de Santé). Since then, I have been teaching meditation practices for children, adolescents and adults. I also teach Hatha Raja Flow, an evolutionary form of the traditional practice of Patanjali Raja Yoga (training in 2020, RYS 200h). It is a dynamic practice, sprinkled with a creative vinyasa, in which I invite each student to put all their quality of presence.
