With a background in dance and a lover of all movement Sarah was drawn to yoga for the connection of mind, body and the fluidity of moving to music. Once understanding the potential depths of this yoga practice her desire to learn and explore more brought her to receive her 200 YTT from Gypseaa yoga school. Through yoga she started to learn the importance of slowing down to bring awareness to the physical form as well as the mind. She welcomes others to show up for themselves and to use this time and space to feel gratitude for both movement, and stillness. For Sarah the practice is to leave expectations behind so you can always explore the moment in front of you on and off of your mat.
