I have been a personal trainer since 2005. I have worked with clients form 15 -65 years of age and enjoy it immensly. It is not my occupation but I do it for the enjoyment of helping others with what I love. I have been an ocean lifeguard on Long Island, New York since 1992, played Div lll soccer in college and enjoy training myself as well as others. Don't hesitate to ask me a question or ask for help.
