Several years ago I was having some health problems, unable to run a mile, and decided to take charge of my wellness. I began re-working my eating habits and started to attend HIIT classes and a local gym. Through my personal fitness journey, I found a new lifestyle that supported me both physically and emotionally. Now, I find myself running for fun, doing local races, ensuring I take time daily to work out for my personal wellness.
From my personal experience, I understand the support a coach can provide those that are trying to change their lifestyle, and I hope to be able to provide that same energy and guidance. In August, I completed my recertification for First-Aid, AED, and CPR from the American Heart Association and earned my A.C.E. Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Training certifications. I am also the owner of a nutrition and macro based cafe and meal-prep restaurant.
