my name is Cierra born and raised in Washington DC on a journey to elevating my community through health and wellness. I help millennial women lose weight and repair their body image so they can elevate their confidence and build a dream relationship with the women within. My weight loss journey started two years ago where I suffered low self-esteem, body shaming myself, and also had health issues such as pre-diabetic complications. Even though the road had been rough it's been very rewarding to connect my mind body and soul. I'm so honored to be able to help other women overcome challenging issues and reach a point of freedom through health and wellness.
