My life is a combination of exploring my city, traveling to others, taking a million Pilates classes, tasting new recipes, ballin’ on a budget, and feeding my inner creative.

I grew up in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago and was seduced to Nashville for college… 50°F in December and McDougal’s Chicken? Duh. I went to Belmont University for singing, then made the switch to public relations. With a degree and three study abroads under my belt, I landed back in Chicago doing PR and social media at a world-famous music venue.

After five years of advancing in the music industry, I hung up my backstage pass to make way for teaching Pilates and helping small businesses grow through graphic design, social media marketing, and communications strategy. From helping to brand and launch multiple start-ups, to rebranding businesses, and reigniting customer engagement, I've worn many hats within public relations and marketing.
