I live in Canada, Ontario I have been in the fitness industry all my life, teaching Cardio Classes and Weight training. I currently teach for the Town of Clarington Ontario as a fitness Instructor. I am certified for Aqua Fit and HIIT tabata, Cardio Blast. My certification is until February 2027. I am CPR first aid certified also.
