Alex Wandersee

My name is Alex Wandersee and I grew up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin with my parents and younger sister. I wasn't very active/sporty growing up but fell in love with fitness and wellness in college. I graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a degree in Health Promotion/Wellness. I have a variety of interests in the wellness field including fitness, nutrition, and mental health.

I currently reside in De Pere, WI with my husband, Ethan, and husky, Beau. My hobbies include yoga (obviously), water skiing, graphic design, and re-watching tv shows. Most people compare me to Monica Gellar, from friends, because I'm energetic, love to cook, spend way too much time cleaning, and often find myself the "mother" of the group.

While I love the Midwest, I'm definitely dreaming of sand, oceans, and palm trees.
