A 2020, 2021, and 2022 finalist for the coveted IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year award, Aileen is an entrepreneur and innovator across most facets of the fitness industry and an ACE certified instructor since 1987. She is a renowned international presenter, teaching at educational fitness conferences for over 30 years and training thousands of instructors in a variety of specialties, including choreography, equipment-based programming, myofascial release, aerobic dance, cycling, treadmill training, and more.

Aileen has starred in hundreds of exercise videos with unit sales in the millions worldwide, and has been featured on TV and social media as a fitness expert. She is a regular contributing author to IDEA Fitness Journal/Fitness Edge, AFS, Club Industry, WNIF Australia, and Ultima, etc. She has been a mentor and life coach to many of today’s industry leaders and provides proprietary choreography to align with their personal brands. Despite her workload as an inventor, program developer, content creator, mentor, business owner, and social media personality, Aileen has maintained her passion for teaching her students every single week for over forty years. She is also president of Good Natured Products, Inc., makers of the Omniball and other fitness products.

• Rancho La Puerta – Premier Instructor, Talent Scout, and Program Developer for the world renowned spa and resort in Tecate, Mexico. Voted the number one international destination spa in the world for the last ten consecutive years.

• The Weight Watchers Workout Series – Wrote, choreographed, starred in three award winning videos. Voted top aerobics video of the year by Consumer Reports, co-produced and distributed by Paramount Home Video.

• Created the KidSport® Nutrition Bar, the first such product formulated for the specific nutritional needs of children. Secured distribution in over 400 stores throughout Southern California.

• Omniball^® – Created, developed, patented and trademarked unique, rolling fitness device. Applications for consumer and group fitness, as well as physical therapy.

• Created, choreographed, and starred in the world’s first Spanish language fitness video, Mantengase en Forma con Martha, in 1982.

• Positive Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness Videos – Wrote, choreographed, and starred in two educational exercise videos for Ross Pediatrics' Similac Baby Formula. These programs provided cutting edge information about fitness during pregnancy. Distributed at OB/GYN offices and retailers across the country.

• Competitive Aerobics – NAC Three-time national finalist in the individual female category.
