Nic started his passion for teaching fitness during his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. He puts a large focus on helping his clients enjoy their training in a fun and welcoming environment. Nic uses a variety of training techniques depending on the specific goals and improvements his clients seek. He has experience teaching group classes to all ages and abilities. He has found success in training for functional strength, which includes full body strength, endurance, balance, and mobility. Nic will turn up the intensity with a high energy class or slow things down focusing on breathing and self awareness.
