The Yoga Chick with the Crazy Spirit and Even Bigger Heart!

After years of sleeping to avoid my anxiety, I discovered Yoga and

finally woke up. With the help of my asana practice and breath,

I have been able to work through my pain and find joy and

purpose again. Now I get to help people do the same!

I teach students of all-levels to step into the light, find their own

answers, and start living their truth.
