Yoga has served as an anchor that Haley has returned to time and time again since college. She has deepened her practice in vinyasa/kundalini yoga by traveling to India for a 10-day intensive retreat before the pandemic hit and more recently by completing a 200-hour teacher training. She believes that yoga is intelligently designed to help one recharge their energy, find mental clarity, and access a deep state of knowing and peacefulness—a perfect antidote to the stresses of the times.
