With years of professional coaching and training experience, ranging from Division I collegiate soccer to CrossFit, I know how the demands of fitness vary by person and goal. I have been involved with athletics and fitness from a young age and possess a strong passion to help people achieve their health goals. Living a healthy lifestyle myself only enhances my ability to lead by example in a wellness setting. 

 

I am a former collegiate and semi-professional athlete turned Air Force spouse and mom of three. My perspective on athletics and fitness has morphed along with the requirements of the different stages of my life. Only recently have I come to truly understand and appreciate the importance of putting my own health first through dedication to a fitness program. 

 

In this phase of life, parenthood, with late night hugs and early morning wake ups, with requirements to feed others despite food almost always being left on the plate, with needing to motivate everyone out the door to get somewhere a few minutes late no matter how hard you try, and with all the pressure, elation, guilt, love, and pride that comes with raising kids, I have never valued my own fitness more. While it may be harder to squeeze in a workout, I can tell a difference and feel THE difference in my ability to be present, active, and enthusiastic for my kids, my family, my friends, and myself. 

 

Initially, when my soccer career ended, I was lost. I tried to find a reason for fitness, but without my team I was totally aimless. I tried running and tried the gym and just always felt bored. Eventually, I walked into a CrossFit gym and immediately felt like I was on a team again. It was from that experience that I came to realize: if you’re excited to work out, fitness and health come easy! 

 

From the time my soccer playing career ended, I have been coaching in some capacity. I have found my passion by coaching - coaching soccer at youth and collegiate levels, coaching CrossFit, life coaching, coaching clients to their fitness goals, coaching my toddlers to count and to make healthy choices. Coaching is what excites me. To help others see their own potential is what makes my heart beat! 

I have been lost and fallen off of my fitness path only to find it again with a new vigor. I know what it is like to feel clueless or lonely in workouts. I want to be your teammate, the one that journeys with you to your best self! I want to be by your side as you see improvements in all areas of your life. I want to help you feel the impacts of a consistent, fun, and challenging workout routine! I can’t wait to get started.
