Kristy Murphy

Kristy Murphy is a Certified Personal Trainer, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and an extensively experienced Group Exercise Instructor with a true passion for helping individuals achieve overall well-being. She carries a strong belief in her purpose and has ventured through multiple positions as an educator and leader in health, wellness and fitness. Since 2009, Kristy has had the pleasure of working in a wide variety of settings and social groups; teaching, training, coaching, and instructing. A fun side note, she was a competitive boxer. She owns a wellness & fitness studio in a small town in PA, called No Excuses Training & Coaching where she teaches between 8-14 classes per week, with a rotating schedule to keep it fun and productive. Some of her participant favorites are cardio kickboxing, Body Pump, and step aerobics. In the summer, they take advantage of the beautiful weather and have classes at the university stadium, pools, and even at the local river. On a personal level, Kristy loves all things outdoors, and participates in a multitude of activities including hunting, fishing, hiking, softball, riding and more.  Her dogs, Timber & Ridge (rescued Black & Tan Coonhounds) are not only her shadow, but have played an integral role in bringing joy and comfort to so many clients as they are in-house mascots that help supervise (and entertain) classes.
