Laura Daughtry

Laura is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance based in Boulder, Colorado.

She graduated from CorePower Yoga's 200-Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training program in May 2019. She loved it so much, she immediately enrolled in CPY's 50-Hour Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training, graduating in July 2019.

Laura has been teaching at CorePower Yoga in both the Raleigh, NC and Boulder, CO areas since June 2019 and began her 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training journey with Asheville Yoga Center in the fall of 2019. She specializes in fitness and alignment-based, heated/hot power vinyasa yoga.
