Nathalie enjoys working with all clients - no matter how flexible or inflexible they claim to be. She has a talent for reading bodies and understanding how to adapt the practice on an individual and personalized basis. She will challenge you to push past your own limits, motivate you to conquer your fears, and encourage you to live your life to the absolute fullest. You will leave her class feeling what she refers to as “yoga stoned” - deeply relaxed and high on life itself.
Nathalie began her yoga practice in 2007 and started teaching yoga in 2014. She has built her resume teaching at Houston’s top yoga studios and athletic training facilities, as well as corporate businesses. Her past clients include several NFL, NBA, and MLB players, as well as the Houston Dynamo Kids Camp - with whom she focuses more on Restorative Yoga and stretching techniques. She has taught Baptiste Power Yoga classes and workshops in Europe and the Middle East. She has also spent time in Kenya, assisting the facilitation of a Baptiste Yoga teacher training program in Africa.
In addition to teaching yoga and group fitness classes, Nathalie also offers one-on-one yoga lessons and personal training sessions. An avid runner and cardio queen in her past life and a bodybuilder-by-hobby in her current life, Nathalie believes in cross-training. She enjoys breaking stereotypes, and showing people that “yoga isn’t just for yogis, and weightlifting isn’t just for bodybuilders.”
Nathalie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) through the Yoga Alliance.
