Becky Miles – Yoga Instructor, Group Fitness Leader & Nutrition Specialist

With more than 30 years in the health and wellness field, Becky Miles brings a unique combination of expertise in nutrition, group fitness, and yoga to her teaching. Her career began as a group exercise instructor, leading step aerobics and sculpt classes during the early wave of the fitness movement. Her dynamic energy and ability to motivate students keeps her classes full and fun, creating an uplifting environment where movement is both challenging and joyful.

Becky went on to run her first marathon—a milestone that also reshaped her approach to fitness. While running fueled her drive, it also revealed the importance of recovery, balance, and mindful movement. Yoga soon became a natural extension of her lifestyle, offering not only physical healing but also a deeper connection to self-awareness and holistic health.

For over five years, Becky has been leading yoga classes rooted in inclusivity and empowerment. Her passion for lifelong learning took her to India, where she completed her 500-hour advanced yoga certification. Immersing herself in Indian culture, philosophy, and traditional yogic practices was a transformative experience, enriching the depth she now brings to her teaching.

Becky’s yoga classes are accessible to all levels, weaving together mindful movement, breathwork, and philosophy with her signature teaching style guided with kindness, joy, and encouragement. She meets students exactly where they are, creating a safe space for growth and self-discovery.

As both a nutritionist and fitness professional, Becky embodies a holistic approach to health: food, movement, and mindset as preventative medicine. Whether in the yoga studio, a group fitness class, or a private nutrition consultation, her mission is to help others feel strong, balanced, and joyful in their own bodies.
