I have been a fitness junkie for many years now. I learned how important exercise goes hand in hand with eating healthy and having a well rounded lifestyle. I received my Bachelors degree in Nutrition from The Ohio State University 30 years ago and have been a Dietitian in many capacities. I began teaching step aerobics and sculpt classes early on. Years later, after running my one and only marathon my body started to hurt a bit.  Yoga became a perfect compliment to a holistic approach to life. I have now been practicing for 9 years and recently finished my 500hr advanced yoga certification while in India. It was a bucket list to learn in India and submerse myself into the Indian culture, philosophy and yogic practices.

Yoga is for everyone; when you attend one of my classes the goal is for you to feel welcome and comfortable. I will meet you on the mat right where you are; guiding you with kindness and joy. I love music and how it makes us feel....so a killer playlist is always part of my teaching!
