Bio: 

Staci Fiori, CPT/MSW.  After being a social worker for 10 years, I decided to re-shift her career and focus on my own health and fitness. I realized she wanted to continue working on improving the life of others and with my education, knowledge and training she found a new passion in fitness.  I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years and a Certified Nutrition Coach, with a specialty in small group and senior fitness.  She has taught Zumba, Aqua Zumba, P90X, and Kinesis among other modalities. She currently has her own personal training studio in NE Santa Rosa.

Fitness-focused with yoga undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm increases strength, flexibility and balance with movement and musical motivation. It’s grit and grace rolled into one rhythmic experience. Includes Yoga, HIIT, and strength training!
