I am a Fitness Professional with over 15 years of experience as group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and Fitness programming. I currently hold two certifications for Primary Group Exercise, one through AFAA and one through NETA. I also hold a Certified Personal Training Certification through Fittour, and a fitness nutrition coach certification through Nesta.
My specialty group exercise certifications include, TRX, TRX for Yoga, Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, Barre, Kettlebell, Pop Pilates, Les Mills Bodypump, Les Mills Tone, BogaFit, and barbell workout.
I also love to travel and have experience as an International Flight Attendant with United Airlines.
