Hi, my name is Kiersten Cash. I am a certified Spin Instructor and 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor. I found my passion for a healthy lifestyle when I was tasked with losing weight. I absolutely love working out and eating healthy. Seeing the results of my hard work, determination, and discipline is what made me want to share my story. What better way than bring the energy and passion to every class that I teach. I appreciate every opportunity to share my gift of teaching to any audience willing to participate.
