- Megan Percy
Megan Percy is a mobility specialist, personal trainer, and currently in a four-year program at the Institute of Structural Medicine to learn how to provide clients with customized evaluation and treatment that specifically addresses pathologies, painful complaints, and movement dysfunctions through structural integration. She started her coaching journey at eighteen years old, where she became a certified yoga instructor while aspiring to complete her degree in Kinesiology at Western Washington University. After graduation she went on to become a personal trainer, with an emphasis on three-dimensional movement that not only increases the ability to move through all ranges of motion while exercising, but helps to decrease pain as well. The combination of yoga, strength training with heavy clubs, kettlebells, and steel mace, mobility training, and self-myofascial release creates a recipe for an effortlessly functioning body. Four years later, Megan enrolled as a student of Structural Medicine, where she is learning bodywork, movement patterns, psychology, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and kinesiology to better serve her clients.
She loves to teach to people from all walks of life, cares about providing a safe experience for every BODY, and most importantly loves to have FUN!
