Dana loves all styles of yoga. She is a RYT 500hr. Influenced by many teachers and peers. Dana has experience teaching prenatal, power, restorative, yin, and gentle flow classes. You can expect to breathe, stretch, strengthen, balance, and relax in one of Dana's classes. Her style of teaching consists of creative sequencing, playfulness, and Hatha-Vinyasa-Yin styles. Dana approaches yoga with a "Do what feels good for you" attitude. Dana's goal is for you to get to know your body through breath and movement.

She is inspired by the students that attend classes, and reminded to keep sharing yoga!!
