I have been a group fitness instructor for over 25 years.

Fitness has been my lifelong passion. Growing up I played competitive sports and enjoyed  competing on a team as well as with myself. I try to motivate and encourage my students and clients to achieve their goals. As a mom of three, I felt the better I took care of myself the more energy I had to take better care of my family. 

As I get older I continue to research exercise science and better my teaching skills in order to learn something new everyday and help my students thrive. During my many years of as a fitness instructor I have taught many classes such as strength training, aquatics, boot camp, cardio kickboxing, MMA, HIIT, Tabata and sports conditioning. Also, I have trained 15 years as a mixed martial artist in contact kickboxing and submission grappling.
