Richard Nessel

I teach a moderate level vinyasa flow class focusing on deliberate progression to more challenging positions and transitioning within control.  My classes primarily involve standing and arm balance poses with a light core workout.  Expect a warm-up, to progress through moderately challenging positions, arm balances, and a cool down.

 

Former Army Special Forces officer with a desire and respect for both mental and physical fitness.  

   o Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor RYT 200.

   o over the past six years, my focus has remained on rehabilitation, physical therapy, and mental wellness.

   o I enjoy teaching, I am a certified flight instructor, and enjoy teaching people new and challenging skills.

   o avid outdoor and indoor sport rock climber.

   o two decades experience in high-intensity physical fitness for professionals.

   o working level French and limited working level German language skills (English primary).
