Michele's introduction to Yoga began over 18 years ago in St. Petersburg, FL.
Exploring various styles including Ashtanga, Hatha, Bikram, and Vinyasa. With some of her background studies in Radiography, Elementary Education, competitions in gymnastics, and various styles of dance, Michele saw a natural fit in her yoga practice.
In 2013, Michele's curiosity and life challenges led her to the decision to enroll in a 200-hour teacher training through Kind Yoga School. Michele has since continued her education in mindfulness meditation, Reiki, Chair supported yoga, Trauma sensitive yoga, Yin, SUP, and Aerial Yoga. Michele completed her 300 hr advanced Teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga in Brookline, Ma, in December 2019 and recently completed 300 hours at Kind Yoga School in Cape Cod. She teaches yoga throughout the upper Cape at various locations in the community, privately, and mostly in her own boutique yoga studio, LIFT aerial yoga loft in Falmouth, Ma.
Her background teachings also involve instruction with children of special needs, young mothers suffering from addiction, Vinyasa flow to mixed levels, and chair-supported yoga. Michele enjoys teaching the teens and tweens age group as she feels strongly about educating them on the benefits of yoga and meditation to use as a tool during the adolescence stage and beyond.
Michele is most passionate and dedicated to helping her students find and maintain a peaceful mind, body, and spirit through the practice of Yoga and Meditation.
