After a childhood background in ballet and dance, I fell in love with yoga in my first college kinesiology course. That was my first yoga class, and I haven’t stopped practicing. Been practicing yoga since Spring 2009, teaching since 2017. Yoga was initially my low impact stress relief activity and exercise, however now it is so much more. Now it is how I reconnect with myself every day, and how I check in mentally and physically. Yoga has become less of a hobby and more of a lifestyle.
