Amy Forster

I'm Amy Forster, and I live in Wiesbaden, Germany. I am half German and half American. I grew up in Delaware, USA, speaking German so that I am fluent in both languages. I am a flight attendant so I love to travel, see the world and experience different cultures. Because of the pandemic, I am not working very much at the moment and have a good amount of free time. This I have filled predominantly by becoming really active and learning about fitness. I love many forms of exercise: running, strength training, STRONG Nation/HIIT, horseback riding, snowboarding, and hiking. I have not always been so active, so I really love showing people how to get started and not feel overwhelmed and disheartened.
