Nicole Ewing

Nicole is a 500- Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified Educational Provider with Yoga Alliance. Nicole also holds various certifications including Personal Training, Group Exercise, Pilates, and Barre. For the past 12 years as a Yoga student, practitioner and instructor, she has cultivated a deepening knowledge of connection between mind and body and its integral importance to both fitness and wellness. When coupled with her study of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, this allows her to tailor training programs and classes targeted to the individual needs and goals of her students and clients. 

 

Nicole also has an extensive background in fitness and endurance training. As a former marathon runner, she specializes in building the balance of strength and flexibility to help the body reach optimal performance. 

 

She believes strongly in establishing harmony of body, mind and spirit as the essential foundation for all that will follow in life. Nicole’s high energy, vibrant personality, and lively playlists gives every class and session she teaches encouragement, momentum, and driving force.
