Hello, My name is Rachel and I am a nationally certified group fitness instructor. I currently work in Minneapolis, Minnesota for Park Nicollet, Melrose Institute, the YMCA and Golds Gym. I love my work and I love helping others acheive their health and wellness goals by working hard, educating them and having fun at the same time! I am licensed to teach Yoga, endurance strength training, step aerobics, Bosu blast, Drums Alive, pilates, core training and older adult classes. I'm a strong follower of interval training and working in both fat burning and energy burning zones. I also encourage members to participate in a variety of formats to keep the body guessing and have a well rounded routine. Most of all I know I can bring lots of energy and motivation to a cardio class, form correction and encouragement to a strengthening class, additionally I can provide calmness, flow and relaxation to mind/body formats. I am a well rounded instructor passionate about fitness and motivating others to make it part of their everyday lives.
