I am a 44 year old mom and wife who found ZUMBA® over 8 years ago. ZUMBA ® led me to find my passion for teaching group fitness. I believe that fitness should be fun and approachable to everyone. It is hard for people to find time work out and I want every person to find their own groove and level of each program so that their exercise time is enjoyable and they want to make themselves a priority. If they are having fun and working hard they will continue to grow.. I have met the best people through fitness. It is such a great journey!!
